I think Activision can easily remove Sledgehammer from the COD cycle and just assign them with something else. I don’t mind getting COD games bi-yearly from Treyarch and IW only.

The number being cited in the article is the earn rate for Steam’s achievement for completing MWIII (2023)’s campaign. Since MWIII (2023) is a part of the CoD HQ ecosystem, the earn rate is calculated for all players that have played any of the CoD HQ games, which include MWII (2022), MWIII (2023), and Warzone 2.0. As a result, many of the players being factored into the calculation do not own MWIII (2023) and have not had the opportunity to even start MWIII (2023)’s campaign. This heavily skews the achievement earn rate to be shown as lower than it actually is. It is impossible to say for certain what the actual completion rate is for MWIII (2023)’s campaign.

Owning CoD and not playing the campaign is total loser activity. Imagine paying $70 for a game and only using 1/3rd of the content, maybe 2/3 if for some odd reason you enjoy MWZ. Kids who play strictly multiplayer and never touch single player games are usually low IQ or losers

I’d like a comparison to other cod campaigns. Sure MW3 is worse than others due to the bad missions and story but I’m pretty sure the percentage of people who don’t play the campaign is actually pretty high on most cod titles. That’s why I don’t get the hate for bo4 having blackout instead of a campaign. Blackout had waaay more longevity than a campaign that most people play once at most
