Ping is just ICMP so you cant know if you have Packetloss on a special port or something.
The AC from Faceit will connect to specified Ports and IP´s
Looks like you have packet loss.
I do no how is in your country but I can call my provider and tell them to rest my line. I go offline for a sec and come back with totaly new connection. Most problems are solved with that.
