There are hardly any *games* that come close to LUCT, to say nothing about being on mobile.
FFT has a mobile port, I don’t know anything about it. You’ve probably played FFT, but if not, that’s where I would look (unless the port is bad, which I would believe)

If you have access to an emulator, Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber.
For Nintendo handhelds there are also the Shin Megami Tensei games and the Persona series. Some of these can also be emulated.
I would, of course, advise purchasing physical copies of these games prior to emulation.
