Why is this even a thing?!?!

I did a bunch of spins, got decently lucky on a lot, and did a few of the 50 draws, now why do you have a chance to get dupes like this, why can’t they be greyed out so you get other stuff? And even then, why is this worth so little if it’s such a special item etc, like, bruh
