Display port is just better than HDMI. But have you guys tried USB-C with DP capabilities? It’s life changing. Currently I use it with a KVM monitor and it just works. I have 4k video, mouse, keyboard, and headphones in a single cable.

DisplayPort is genuinely the best option up there. – HDMI: middling support for high-res/high-refresh, semi-breakable connector. – SCART: old as balls. – USB-C: breakable and often-loose connector. – VGA: old as balls, analog. – RCA: old as balls, analog. – DisplayPort: tough connnector, supports high resolutions and high refresh rates.

Fuck no I’m running 2560×1440 at 144hz.
The only thing i dont like about displayport is that i have far less displayport cables than vga, hdmi, usb c or even RCA.
