Okay so I tried ai Overclocking and changed it from keep current settings to TPU. Tested in games and realised I need a better cooler. But now I can’t switch it back and there is constant 42 core ratio. I can’t change it. Can somebody help me figure this out?

F5 resets the BIOS that’s all you should have to do.
then use the auto tuner to OC it has OC1 and OC2 they work well and adjust everything to the hardware in the pc.
or use AI OC if the mb has it.
Reset your motherboard to default settings again and then switch it to what you want. Use the CMOS reset
