I've messed around with Geforce Experience a few times before but I hated how laggy it was and how often it just stopped working or only recorded sound etc.
The Steam recording works really well and I don't see any performance impact. Now you can save those funny/weird/awesome moments without having to deal with additional software

If it can autoclip events like getting a kill or a knock, with customizable pre and post lengths, I might use it. I don’t need hours of footage, just the kills and wins, stuff like that.
