I don’t get the option to share the lover blessing set with every friend ?

I mean for example I am standing in lobby with my friend, there is a small pop up which I can drag on to a friend and he can wear the other set. Does anyone know what’s the criteria like synergy, etc etc… hope Pubg itself can answer
