Is this happening to anyone else? This is happening frequently I asked many people on steam discussion and reddit, they said this is VAC new bug.
Restarting, verifying seems to fix it. But not for me
I've clean installed windows, no suspicious background program running or even installed!
I got this randomly during DM.

Happened to me for the first time after the last update. Restarting my computer, updating steam fixed it.
Rare VAC doing it’s job sighting?
The worst part is almost everyone in the lobby will assume you were cheating if it kicks you for this error.
