So currently I have a 32 curved oled monitor ad my main one and have been debating about getting a rather basic second monitor and can’t decide whether I should go for a 100hz 24 1080p vertical or 27 4k 60hz

I personally would go 1440p 27 60hz for a secondary vertical monitor, not much use for more pixels or refresh rate on a secondary monitor
Unless it’s free or something, always going 1080p or 1440p with 60 HZ is plenty for your vertical monitor
One of the things to consider on size is the height your center monitor has to be if you go 27 inches. I personally love my 34 inch UW with a 27 inch vertical.
