Ever since the early 90s, the first-person shooter has continued to grow in popularity with each passing year. A genre that was once limited to corridors and labyrinthine levels now has become a stable of video game culture spanning overlapping genres and mechanics.
I will be running down my favourite first-person shooters of all time. I’ll be discussing how fun the game was and still is , and what makes them special to me.
