Missing DLC

I've downloaded this shit like 8 times now and it still doesn't work.

I can only play multiplayer but not resurgence, battle Royal or ranked play.

This shit is getting stressful. I've downloaded every pack but only call of duty warzone just won't seem to work.
I've downloaded warzone like 8 times now, I'm trying for the 9th time and I'm sure it'd going to be have the same results.

Can anybody assist with this or might have a solution?
