i love this update, i hope valve follows suite for other collections. I guess for the sake of the "investors" (idiots) not all old collections, but I'd love to see this done on some of the other recent ones.

Personally, I wish we could just outright buy the skins we want permanently even if certain gambling mechanics remain such as randomized float, pattern and whether its stattrak or not.
while this isn't that, it is a step in the right direction in terms of players not being forced to shell out exorbitant prices for skins, especially players that either only play CS sporadically or quickly get bored for their skins. I genuinely hope the add this feature for other collections but without the need to open the case. just pay $2.50 a week and get whatever collection you want.
as far as what kind of effect this will have on skins in the kilowatt collection, anything below pink will be fine. pinks and reds are royally f*cked though. who wants to pay $60 for a chrome cannon when you can rent it for $2.50?

New vertigo feels really bad. Coming from short feels like suicide, t:s have harder to get good retake positions and ct's have mutch easier to clear short when retaking.
