Honestly, when I saw the sv_vac command, the first thing I thought was that it will allow you to access overwatch. Also, I don't think Microsoft will buy Valve. Steam is big and profitable enough, to not need to be bought by Microsoft. And why go public when you don't need to.
If this happens, (Microsoft buying Valve) I think I will start pirating all my games and sell my entire Steam inventory.
