  1. Take this adage from the Crypto community as a pearl of wisdom for all who invest money into CS2 or any other skins from Valve games:

"Not your Keys, not your coins."

You do not own your skins on steam, you own the privilege of using them on Valve's servers. Valve owns the rights to your account, and your games, and your inventory, and thus, your skins. If you manage to break Valve's TOS in any way, they can and probably will ban you, removing all the value from your account in an instant, and have the full legal right to do so. Tread lightly, or you might just fall through the earth, right into the maw of death.

  2. Even valve has to follow some rules and customers also have rights that have to be respected. We all know how shady valve is and that a simple but deep investigation would be more than enough to unmask the huge unregulated crypto blackmarket they're allowing to exist and feed with thousands if not millions of trading-bot-accounts that get managed by these scamming third party gambling sites for which valve even has the audacity to ban a lot of players(gambling victims) for using them. We as User/Players are not supposed to have more than one account but these third party sites make millions of dollars per month milking gambling addicts using valve's marketplace as payment method. It's honestly blatant and i hope @Coffeezilla can bring more light and eyes to it !

  3. i have been banned like this just for making fun of a furry he report botted or got all his friends to spam report me, i contacted steam the next day and they undid the ban and claimed it was a mistake on their part, like hell it was it was automated

  4. It's quite correct tbh. If you're being used as an outlet for scammers to cash out, you become a risk to the skins ecosystem.

  5. Recent update: syncho was unbanned but it gots me worried

I just started investing on cs skins and was thinking if I also play with my skins and people I against with doesnt like me, they can falsely report my account

I know syncho is one of the big traders and community can help him. But what if my account get falsely banned and I'm not a big part of the community?

Is there any suggestion? Anything will means a lot 🙏

  6. Many years ago my account was hijacked and used to cheat in cs 1.6.

It took some time, but I got everything back except the VAC ban persist small 20 years later 😀
