Unexpected news appeared today. Cheaters are getting banned on hungreeds accounts in a row. It's not overwatch, it's server-side detection. I have a footages on which 9/10 players get banned within few seconds in the same match. I'm currently verifying all info and doing a video. pic.twitter.com/WJzpansfga

It's not overwatch ban, and these bans are hidden, it's impossible to track them through Steam API.

Hi, with the new update my game keeps crashing. I've never had this problem before since cs2 release but I played 3 games last night and I kept disconnecting every 2nd round Is there any known reason?

This update caused me as a normal player to get banned PERMANENTLY. The community now thinks I’m a cheater even though I have done nothing wrong. This is ridiculous and has caused me to lose $25 in total, skins and prime badge.
I’m really curious about the number of accounts convicted. There’s gotta be so many.

Overwatch doesn't exist yet, it's something like VACnet
I think this could be the turning point of the Anti-Cheat, this unusual behavior like you said is new and has never been seen before so i think valve is starting to cook

Leetify seems to have info on the hidden bans as well because they are showing banned users, but when you check their steam, nothing mentioning a game ban or OW ban shows up.
I didn't open CS, let alone Steam for a little over a month now. I think it's finally time to go back.
A few HvH'ers got banned (spinning, rapidfire, no spread) No "legit" bans, since there are no rage features.
Also enough HvH Youtubers do Stream, with success. So VAC and VAC Live sucks, since atleast 8 years.
I saw almost every gold player disappear overnight and thought something was up, guess this explains it
I use cheats but i strictly only use them to play hvh community servers, (dont even have prem rating or prime, literally just play on community servers) and i was banned on 2 accounts but i havent checked the other accounts i use. My friend got banned on an account he played hvh on premier in december but quit playing hvh and we decided to check the account and it got banned. Most accounrs that have high win percentage are receiving bans.
Also no, i do not closet cheat and i play faceit when i want to play legit. I dont want to contribute to the premier cheater experience so i only play hvh on free accounts. Dont get mad at me for being the only cheater with morals, im just trying to highlight my experience with ow and vac so far.
Just played against cheater. Was not spinbotting , but blatant wallhack and aim assist. His gameplays was lower than silver 1. 30h account.
but can they trade their stuff to a new account since its not a vac ban?

As someone who has previously used cheats to gain an unfair advantage, a decision I am not proud of, I am happy that everyone who did the same has been banned. In most of the competitive and premier matches I have played, 8 out of 10 games had blatant ESP users. However, when checking the replays, I found that cheaters were in 9 out of 10 games. Players should not have to constantly worry about someone having an unfair advantage, especially in games released by multi-billion dollar companies.
Funny to see that they are "cleaning" up but even in the vid there is a fucking 100% winrate Dude on top of leaderboard
There is a smoke bug on inferno.. the smoke goes through the ground and becomes like a mist just above the ground in banana.. 😖
Regarding the cheater bans: I think in most cases currently it's not a ban, but a flag by VACnet, that their gameplay is irregular and they are waiting that their case is being reviewed. Whenever they get an Overwatch/VAC ban, we should be able to see it in the stats.
