I’ve seen a few posts similar to the one I’m making. I got an email a week ago about my Activision account being linked to some random steam account. I was suspicious so i decided to file a report on the actual Activision website. I think the email is a strange one, but i filed a legitimate report on the real Activision website, but with the Indian names (not racism!!) I’m a little skeptical. Can someone give me some advice ?

That email address is consistent with what Activision uses for their support emails.
Ignore all the people calling you stupid and saying to look at the email address, they have no idea what they’re talking about.
A quick Google search will show multiple examples of Activision support emails that look near identical to this.
I’m not saying with 100% certainty that this is real, but considering you’ve raised a support request with them I’m fairly confident it is.
People don’t realise that Salesforce is a support software 🤦♂️. Same as Zendesk. The companies outsource support and the agents usually handle a few different companies support channels.

1) did you submit a ticket?
2) is that the reference number?
If so, it’s probably legit.
If someone says there name is or anything close to rajkumar it’s a fucken scam
