You found the issue: bad RAM. Have you tested known-good RAM in the board to make sure the board is good?
ssuper2k
Test it with 32GiB (2×16?) @ 5200
And test with 64GiB (4×16?) @ 4800 .. then lower latencies

i appreciate the giant FAIL. props to the programmer.

How many RAM sticks you got there?
FlingCatPoo
I had the same problem. You fucked up and bought the wrong type of ram.
Look up the part number of your ram sticks. From what I can see, your ram is for Intel processors with XMP profiles. These are NOT COMPATIBLE with AMD Ryzen processors. Go return your RAM sticks asap and buy AMD Ryzen compatible ones (it should say Expo profiles, not XMP). I recommend checking the motherboard manufacturer’s website for a list of tried and true tested RAM sticks for compatibility with your mobo. I guarantee this RAM is not on that list.

Swp the ram channels or just reseat and try again if it fails again the ram is cooked or the cpu mem co troller is cooked. Depends on agae as to likelihood. Posibbly cpu controller if fresh from box but more likely cooked ram from factory.

Test one DIMM at a time. Bad RAM happens. Corsair has a great warranty.

As has been said, test one DIMM at a time, but secondarily turn off XMP in the BIOS and find out if the RAM will run fine at default speeds (Believe 4800MT/s )

Try increasing dram voltage a bit see if it sorts it out

I’m no expert but it looks to me like something might have failed?

How did you guys knows that there is something wrong with his RAM?

Did it fail?

I wonder… how is Memtest supposed to run if the memory segment it would go in is itself corrupted, assuming it’s always at a static offset? Is the binary like a QR code where a chunk of it could be missing and it still would run?
Or, more realistically, nobody cares because if Memtest won’t run, yeah, your RAM is dead.

That fail screen looks like it was actually taken from a generic spy movie imo.

The issue is you didn’t press any key.
The FAIL is AMD Cpu. Not the RAM.
