Looks good to me. Basically with that and perks you can start in tier 3 and go DE etc if offered. I still have to play a bit in tier 2 before I can get 3 pap to go tier 3
Got gifted gold plate in 2 different games tonight. Having played twice with it Gold plate makes more difference that any other single thing in game when playing higher tiers. It made me into a competent player I was amazed
