i got banned 9 days ago while changing resolution. I submitted ticket and they did not care. Everyone accused me of cheating.

I got a notification too but I didn't see the game ban on my profile. Weird. I managed to hop onto a casual server fine. Did everyone get notifications but only some got them on their profile? Lucky I saw this video before I logged in else I'd be stressing out like crazy. I did make the shadow changes & I do have an autoexec file but my drivers are up to date. I recently started running a software background to ensure my elgato pedal works in-game.

Mate, yougot so much wrong^^ first of all, sub tick is completely seperate from the anti cheat. Second, subtick is not invented by valve, many games use that already. Cause all subtick basically does is: at each tick it calculates backwards accurately what happened when.
Previously, everything inside a tick happened as if at the exact same time. Meaning the first packet to arrive at the server and be processed would win. Now, with the timestamp, the server can more accurately calculate what happened at what point in time of the same tick. But the calculations still happen 64 times per second.
Furthermore, Waldo anti cheat is open source and tries what valve tries with their ac… but they started even before cs2. So not even that valve invented.
Valve invented none of that and managed to implement them badly. Incredible…

I got banned for nothing, yet I still can play and trade for some reason.
I got false banned 3 days ago and I am still not unbanned, 3 of my friends got banned today, but it was immediately reversed an hour later. I don't get it so if someone is able to help or give advice please do
