I bought a laptop (Toshiba Satellite M505-S4975) and the HDMI port appears to be blocked off with the same plastic as the bottom shell. I don’t know if there really is no port, or if it’s a plug.
That is we’re the port would be on the slightly more expensive model.

No port. They use one shell for multiple laptops and if a cheaper model doesn’t have a port they just cover it up like that.
