I have the disk as shown in the first picture, but I’m being prompted to purchase the game again when I launch. Tried ejecting, uninstalling, and launching offline but got a screen telling me I had to be online for some update or other in order to launch. I’m so confused.

on the main menu of MW, check your installs and make sure EVERYTHING on the list is downloaded. my disc wouldn’t work at first until i downloaded a missing multiplayer pack. you may have to search for it in the Microsoft store as it wouldn’t redirect me to it from the main menu.
