I like this visual style too, if anyone also enjoy it the Nintendo DS has so many games like this… just get some second hand NDS/3DS with jailbreak and be happy, better than emulating since this isn’t a traditional gaming system.
Also another thing I love in MGS1 is the gameplay itself, it does have stealth but it’s also more “arcade” which to me is really fun how it works.

That game brings back bad memories.
However I completed it, it never rolled back round to the start screen again, so I didn’t get the bandana or whatever the other reward was.

Grey fox definitely one of the top characters
