I’m working Printstream in CS2 with newer models and material possibilities.

I thought that smoke bug was just a problem with my PC and I run CS2 with max graphics at peak 300fps. That bug makes it unplayable when trying a quick A Ramp attack on Mirage or playing Banana.
Honestly I know it's somewhat controversial but since when a cheater gets banned their inventory is locked it would be dope to see valve just giveaway all those skins to random accounts to let those skins still be in the market rather than being locked away behind a cheater account. Plus it could make a lot of ppl's days a lot brighter just randomly receiving a goated skin.

i tested on infero in tdm average fps 137 lowest dropping to 15 fps with 80ms, with 1440p max settings fsr off etc, i have an 4070 and i512600k

Zool outlined this whole dieing behind walls thing and its absolutely not subtick but the fact they're no longer teleporting you back to where you died.
I don't think this is a subtick thing but an oversight on how people react to the smoother animation
the funny thing is on amd on linux stutters dont exist at all because of the graphics pipeline in mesa 23.1 which is one of the parts of the amdgpu driver for gaming on linux 🙂
The AWP Wildfire needs fixing, anything less than factory new or minimum wear looks TERRIBLE. That wasn't the case with CS:GO.

The game is not optimised at all. But they have fixed 1% lows in this game and try not to push through molly and extinguish smokes you might aswell shoot yourself in the leg
I want them to allow weapon crosshairs be configurable per weapon. Many games have crosshairs that are unique per weapon. Or like in Overwatch 2 where every hero can have a different crosshair. Hell, maybe I want my CT crosshairs to be different than my T crosshairs. Make it happen, Valve! The new game deserves some modernization to the crosshairs.
If a Valve employee is watching any CS 2 content including Maxim – please for the love of God, BRING back my left hand. I would understand if you guy are working on actually left handed models and I can wait, but at least hint it in a way. There are people like me who have been playing with left hand for more than 15 years…
They need to remove marshmallow movement penalty too. If you can’t get stuck in mud, surely you can’t get stuck in marshmallow. Yes the map is Nuke, but marshmallow is not microwaved.

0:50 As a linux AMD user, I actually had better performance BEFORE this patch, with my framerate dipping into the single digits every 30 seconds. I know that the patch notes say that AMD cards still have issues but I didn't expect performance to get WORSE after they claimed to have fixed shader caching. But, the game just came out and, to my knowleege, CS2 wasn't thoroughly tested on linux either, so bugs are to be expected and I'll give them time to fix them.

Very high will not come back. As stated in the patch notes there was nearly no visible difference. The only difference was the texture filtering mode wich is now a separate setting
