I've already tried enabling resizable bar on cs2 and it makes my mouse movement less snappy, I'm not sure if it's placebo or not but I'd personally rather just keep it disabled

@panjno Any ideas on texture stuttering when moving mouse? at least that what it looks like with some hitching. I've built a whole new PC, tried 3 different monitors, 3 different mouses wired and wireless, 3 different gpu's, 2 debloated windows builds, every setting in your videos and on the internet. Happened in CS GO also. Only way I can remotely tolerate it is to use gysnc and vsync and capping my frames at 200. I have 3070 with Ryzen 7700x and 240hz Freesync monitor.
Why the hell you need more than 300 fps? Frametime is more important.
Hello Panjno i have a very weird issue where i cap my fps on 167 on the amd software because i have a 170hz 1080p monitor with freesync but i noticed that when using windows it causes very bad stutters making windows practically unusable i have an RX6600 and i have uninstalled many times the drivers with DDU and even tried community RDNI drivers do you have any solution for this? great fan of your videos thank you for teaching me a lot of optimization tweaks

The will let you toggle follow recoil on or off when you press ALT.
New or not new confirmation can be valuable sometimes. Especially when you use multiple guns.
Boost player contrast has a big impact on 1% and 0.1% lows. On my system (5600X + 3070) they drop from ~270fps to as low as 120fps when enabling it and the real kicker is that it happens on a completely empty server.
I don't wanna be rude but putting the game on your C: drive won't do jack.
The only way this could benefit you if your default installation folder is on a slow hard drive and your windows installation is on an SSD. A better solution would simply be using a faster 7200RPM drive or just have a dedicated SSD for games like this.
tbh if u need fps boost guides in counter strike you might invest your time into saving up money for a gpu that costs no more than $150 and youre good to go…. basically any potato can run cs.
and in your case 300 to 600fps is great but do you actually need it? no

increasing FPS is pointless if your monitor refresh rate cant handle it.
Game is running buttery smooth at 1440p RTX 3080. 240hz monitor Gsync + vsync + reflex enabled which caps fps at 224fps. Also add the engine low latency command to your autoexec for the most stable frametimes.
dont use the latest driver on AMD for CS2.
23.5.1 from May is the best driver for CS. because of ram voltage use ect.pp… the most less shutter and lags with this driver as all other in the last 6 months

I've tried so many different things I'm about to give up… I have a 3080ti with 5800x3d playing on 1440p ultrawide 165hz and getting 400-500 fps but looks like 60 when moving the camera around it's awful to look at. The only way it looks good/smooth is with Gsync/Vsync on and I'm capped at 165… Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Don't use ISLC: Producing and consuming too many resources will cause interruptions since it cleans itself automatically, in addition to the constant polling due to its usage. Furthermore, each operating system has its own Memory Manager and cleans itself as needed.
