The installation of the shaders has stopped there for more than 30 minutes on this screen. I tried to restart the game several times but nothing changes

Go to Options>Graphics>Quality>Details and Textures>Texture Resolution
Set to Very Low. Apply Settings. Shaders will install. Then go back and set it back to High or Very High.
