READ: Before I get more "It's not P2W" sure, but you can't deny it is 'pay to advance'. However the main concern to take away from all of this is that its limited time artifacts in a season pass… Once the season is over new and returning players will never be able to get the Artifacts which could potentially be meta defining.

i think it's fine if they put a mid artifact in there during season 4/5. but people instantly buying that while we're all still 625 during the start of season 3 is pretty insane

Destiny does the same thing, and seeing how they are copying Destiny 2 Exotic gear with the Artifact rarity, it seems that they will put the Season Pass Artifacts in the game somewhere (Hopefully)

Are the artifacts only obtainable through the season pass and nowhere else? If yes, then I agree, that is incredibly shitty. If not, then it's not so bad imo.
They do drop in game but are rare they is just a faster way to aquire them

Artifacts in season pass, a regen potion that heals for 2K per second for 20 seconds. AGS are nailing these decisions as usual

i feel this is not really a big issue, people who play the game will finish the season pass. its on the free side which no other game i can think of offers anything worth while in the free battlepass. shady? maybe but you are limited to how many you can have equipped so who cares?
