Bought an old IBM PC for $50. Added ram, an ssd and a video card. Had to buy an additional power supply to run the video card (one PSU runs the MB, the other only the GPU). The fan on the GPU stopped working, so I bought a secondary fan from amazon. Got the left monitor for free, I bought the one on the right from an amazon warehouse deal and the keyboard. The Alienware mouse came from an old mining PC with a 3090 rtx, I sold that GPU for $2500 and parted out the rest of the PC for $1000.

All in all this PC cost me ~$300 with the monitors and peripherals. Ran games like Total War Warhammer at 60fps 1080p at medium settings.
