Op if you have a smoking/nicotine addiction, I heard vaping can help with that, reduce the amount of nicotine in the juice by 1mg a week. Just what I heard from other people, though.
From my personal experience, I got rid of my porn addiction by just replacing most of it with music (god I love music) until I was able to just stop looking at it all together. Maybe something similar might help.
