I’m guessing OP gets to WFH. I’d gradually replace the peripherals with wireless and put the cable modem under the desk. Manage the other cables as best you can with some split sleeves and just go have fun!

There’s no way you use that many pens, Find 3-4 good, high quality pens and keep them near you, in your car, portfolio, etc. Beyond that I’m unsure what’s shitty about it, compartmentalization? Desk space cramped by the docking station? If you don’t absolutely need two systems, compact more? Unless work laptop
