Battlestations

When I upgraded my graphics card, this was the only way I could get it to fit. It stays open like this.

That is definitely an open-concept, avant-garde, personal computing machine

  2. This looks like it would POST to a screen that says “kill me”

At this point ditch the case and jus turn your cubby into an open air space

  4. just get a new case, they aren’t that expensive

And the hair? Is that part of the upgrade too?

I highly recommend you find a case that fits. There are some PCs that have cases large enough (I still use an old Gateway 2000 case)… and there are cheap PC cases…. I used to run like this. It seems fine until it gets bumped while running, then some stuff stops working, forever.

  7. Truly one of the shittiest battle stations I’ve seen on here. Good job.

man i havent seen a case like that since 1998. i would hope that if you can afford a new gpu, you can afford a new case

I have a Thermaltake V21 that sells for $70. It will fit that and more.

Ah, the Dell tool less case. I had to do similar stuff. Involved needle nose pliers and a dremel and decent leather work gloves. Please say you did secure a grounding wire between the bare metal of your case and the shell of the power supply?
